These terms apply to the dockduty.com website. They’re short on purpose — we’re a pre-launch company, this site is informational, and the actual operating agreement for our service will come later. Questions: support@dockduty.com.
About this site
DockDuty is launching its autonomous-vehicle depot and dispatch platform in Orlando, targeting Q3 2026. This site exists to share what we’re building, collect interest from founding customers and investors, and give you a way to reach us.
Nothing on this site is a service contract. The service doesn’t exist yet. Pricing, terms, and availability described here are current planning targets and are subject to change.
Founding-customer signups
There are two ways to sign up, and they’re different:
Joining the founding-owner list (including any “keep me posted” option) simply registers your interest. It’s free, takes no payment, and does not reserve a stall, lock in pricing, or create any obligation between you and DockDuty. We’ll email you as stalls open or when there’s real news.
Reserving a stall is a $450 payment that holds one of our 50 founding-customer stalls in the order book and locks in your founding pricing. The $450 is a deposit that credits in full toward your onboarding fee — it is not a separate charge. It is fully refundable at any time before your Cybercab is onboarded: just email us, no questions asked. And if DockDuty doesn’t open the Orlando dock and onboard your Cybercab for any reason, every reservation is refunded in full, automatically. When we’re ready to onboard, we’ll send you an actual operating agreement to review and sign before any vehicle joins the service.
Investor materials
The deck and supporting materials we send through the investor request form are for your review only. They’re not an offer to sell securities. Anything in those materials — financials, projections, milestones — reflects our planning at the date of the document and may change.
How you can use this site
You can read it, share links to it, and submit our forms in good faith. Please don’t:
- Submit forms with someone else’s information.
- Try to break, scrape at scale, or overload the site.
- Reproduce our copy, design, or branded language for a competing product.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DockDuty isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
Changes
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
