Your first stall, comped.
For creators on YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram and podcasts who cover robotaxis and autonomous vehicles. If the founders approve you, your first DockDuty stall is comped: no deposit and no onboarding fee. That makes you a DockDuty owner, with your own referral code to share.
Apply belowHow it works
- Apply. Tell us your name, your channel and roughly how big your audience is.
- The founders review it. Every application is read by a founder. Approval is not automatic.
- You sign a short creator agreement. Before your stall is comped, you get a short creator agreement to read and sign.
- Your first stall is comped. We comp your first stall: no deposit and no onboarding fee. You are now a DockDuty owner.
- You get your referral link. Like every owner, you get a referral link. Yours uses a code based on your name, such as dockduty.com/r/YOURNAME. Viewers can also type the code at checkout.
What your audience gets
When someone reserves through your link or code and that person’s first vehicle is onboarded at a DockDuty depot, each account receives a $250 DockDuty credit, applied to the onboarding fee first and then to the retainer.
You receive that credit once for each owner who reserves through your code, when their first vehicle is onboarded. It is one credit per referred owner and one level only. A credit is never paid in cash, and it is void in the cases the terms list, for example if the referred reservation is refunded or its payment fails. The full terms are under Referral credits in our terms.
What is comped
For your first stall, the reservation deposit and the onboarding fee, in full. The comp has no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred. It is payment for your promotion, so it can count as taxable income, and we ask for a tax form (a W-9 in the US) before your stall is comped. Every other fee is listed on the pricing page, and your creator agreement sets out the terms that apply to you.
The rules
If you are approved, these apply every time you talk about DockDuty.
- Disclose it. Say it at the start, before you give the code: DockDuty comped your stall, and you get a credit when viewers use your code. Say it in the video or post itself, put it in the description too, and turn on the platform’s paid-promotion or branded-content label (YouTube, Instagram and TikTok each have one). Do this in every piece that mentions DockDuty, Shorts and posts included. It is a paid relationship, and your audience should hear that from you.
- No earnings promises. Never promise earnings, income or returns, and never call a stall passive income or an investment.
- No Tesla claims. Never claim a Tesla partnership, endorsement or affiliation. DockDuty has none.
- No launch claims. Never say a depot is open or operating, and never give a launch date.
- Breaking these rules has consequences. DockDuty may switch your code off, void your own credits that are not yet final, and cancel your comped stall.
The Creator Program, its rules and its rewards are subject to change, and we can end it at any time; a stall already comped stays comped unless the rules are broken. What you say about DockDuty is your own: you speak for yourself, not for DockDuty, and nothing you say creates a promise from us. DockDuty does not promise any number of referrals, any income, or any depot opening date.
Creator program questions
What is the DockDuty Creator Program?
It is for creators on YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram and podcasts who cover robotaxis and autonomous vehicles. If the founders approve you, your first DockDuty stall is comped, with no deposit and no onboarding fee, and you get a referral code based on your name, such as dockduty.com/r/YOURNAME.
Is this an affiliate program that pays cash?
No. Approved creators use the same referral program as every DockDuty owner. When someone reserves through your link or code and that person’s first vehicle is onboarded at a DockDuty depot, each account receives a $250 DockDuty credit. A credit is never paid in cash.
Is a DockDuty code a Tesla referral code?
No. A DockDuty code works only for DockDuty stall reservations. DockDuty is not affiliated with Tesla, and its codes have nothing to do with any Tesla referral program.
How do viewers use my referral code?
They can open your link, dockduty.com/r/YOURNAME, or type your code in the creator or referral code box when they reserve a stall.
Do I need a big audience to apply?
The application asks for your channel and roughly how big your audience is. A founder reads every application, and approval is not automatic.
What do I have to disclose?
That DockDuty comped your stall and that you get a credit when viewers use your code, as the FTC expects whenever a brand gives you something for free. Say it at the start of the video or post, before you give the code, put it in the description too, and turn on the platform’s paid-promotion or branded-content label.
What am I not allowed to say about DockDuty?
Never promise earnings, income or returns, and never call a stall passive income or an investment. Never claim a Tesla partnership, endorsement or affiliation; DockDuty has none. Never say a depot is open or operating, and never give a launch date.
Is a DockDuty depot open yet?
Not yet. No depot is operating and no site lease is signed. Orlando is our lead market, with its depot targeted for Q4 2026, and we are planning locations in several more metros at the same time.
DockDuty is an independent robotaxi depot and fleet-operations company for Cybercab owners. Orlando is our lead market, and we are planning locations in several more metros at the same time. No depot is operating yet and no site lease is signed. More on the about page.
