Founder bios
Jeremy Hecht — Co-founder, Software & Operations. A software and web developer who runs PhaseUp Studio (phaseupstudio.com) — websites, AI tools and automations. He designed and built DockDuty's owner platform — the live owner dashboard, the reservation and payments flow, the vehicle telemetry pipeline, and dockduty.com. He also owns and runs PhoneBros, a multi-location device repair and retail business he has operated for 8 years — hardware operations, customer logistics, payments, inventory, and service workflows. PhoneBros is a separate company and is not part of DockDuty.
David Hecht — Co-founder, Operations & Logistics. IATSE Local 695 member with a decade of logistics on professional film productions — high-pressure environments where coordination, precision, and rapid problem-solving are the daily standard. Leading partnerships and dock launch operations.
