Why operators come to us

Tesla Cybercabs ship without a driver. That solves one problem and creates four: charging, dispatch coordination, condition monitoring, and incident response — the things human drivers used to do. Most fleet operators don’t want to build that stack from scratch.

We already operate the depot and the software. You bring the vehicles and the contracts. We charge a per-cab service fee plus a percentage of trip revenue. Your drivers’ cost vanishes; ours doesn’t replace it dollar-for-dollar.

    If you own 10–200 vehicles today and your drivers are about to be obsoleted by Cybercabs, the cheapest transition is to put your fleet on our dock and keep the dispatch + customer contracts you already have. We run the operations layer Tesla won’t.

    Paratransit, microtransit, last-mile feeder routes.

    Cybercabs come in at a fraction of what current paratransit contractors charge per ride. We respond to RFPs as the fleet-operations partner, run the cabs out of our dock, and you keep the service relationship with your riders. Long contracts, clean compliance, real audit trails.

  • Captive fleets — closed-loop transport
    Hotels, hospitals, theme parks, resorts, master-planned communities.

    You already run shuttle buses or contract them out. Cybercabs are quieter, cheaper to operate, and don’t come with driver scheduling headaches. We handle the fleet; you give your guests, patients, or residents a better ride. Magical Express ended in 2022 — we know that gap exists.
