These terms apply to the dockduty.com website. They’re short on purpose: we’re a pre-launch company, this site is informational, and the actual operating agreement for our service will come later. Questions: support@dockduty.com.
About this site
DockDuty is launching its autonomous-vehicle depot and dispatch platform in Orlando, targeting Q4 2026. This site exists to share what we’re building, collect interest from founding customers and investors, and give you a way to reach us.
Nothing on this site is a service contract. The service doesn’t exist yet. Pricing, terms, and availability described here are current planning targets and are subject to change.
Reservations and signups
There are two ways to sign up, and they’re different:
Requesting a Priority Reservation or joining the owner list (including any “keep me posted” option) simply registers your interest. It places you in line for future capacity behind existing founding owners, in the order received. It’s free, takes no payment, and does not reserve a stall, lock in pricing, or create any obligation between you and DockDuty. We’ll email you as stalls open or when there’s real news.
Reserving a stall is a $450 payment that holds a stall in the order book at the Priority Owner rates in effect when you reserve (the founding round of 50 stalls closed September 5, 2026). The $450 is a deposit that credits in full toward your $1,000 onboarding fee. It is not a separate charge. Your $450 deposit is refundable at your request at any time before your vehicle is onboarded, with no reason or documentation required. If DockDuty publicly announces it will not open any depot, or ceases operations, outstanding deposits are refunded automatically within 30 days. The Reservation Agreement (§3) governs. Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of your request.
Deposits are held at Mercury in separate, labeled accounts, kept apart from our operating balance. Owners can request a written confirmation letter.
When we’re ready to onboard, we’ll send you an actual operating agreement to review and sign before any vehicle joins the service.
Referral credits
Owners who hold a stall (a deposit that is paid or still clearing, or a stall DockDuty has comped, for example for an approved creator under the Creator Program) get a personal referral link in their dashboard. When someone reserves through that link and that person’s first vehicle is onboarded at a DockDuty depot, each account receives a $250 DockDuty credit, applied to its onboarding fee first and then to its retainer. The credit is one per referred owner, whatever their stall count, and applies one level only: there is no credit for a referral your referral makes.
The credit is recorded when the referred deposit is paid, or when a bank payment starts clearing, and becomes final only at that owner’s first onboarding. Both credits are void if, before then, the referred reservation is refunded, its payment fails or is charged back, or the referred owner’s account closes. If the referring owner’s account closes first, the referring owner’s credit is void and the referred owner’s credit stands. A credit is never paid in cash, cannot be transferred, and does not change the refund terms of any deposit. Referring yourself, a member of your own account, or an existing owner (an account that has already had a deposit paid) does not earn a credit. We may end or change the program for future referrals with notice on this page; a credit already recorded stays on its terms.
Investor materials
The deck and supporting materials we send through the investor request form are for your review only. They’re not an offer to sell securities. Anything in those materials (financials, projections, milestones) reflects our planning at the date of the document and may change.
How you can use this site
You can read it, share links to it, and submit our forms in good faith. Please don’t:
- Submit forms with someone else’s information.
- Try to break, scrape at scale, or overload the site.
- Reproduce our copy, design, or branded language for a competing product.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
Changes
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
