Your privacy choices

Last updated: October 2, 2026

DockDuty does not sell your personal information for money. This site does use advertising and analytics tags from Google, X and Microsoft, and if you reserve a stall or fill in a form after clicking one of our ads, we can send that ad platform the ad’s click identifier so it can count the result. Under California law, and similar privacy laws in other US states, that can count as “selling” or “sharing” your information for targeted advertising. You have the right to opt out, and the button below does it for this browser.

This browser

Turn on JavaScript to see and change your setting here.

Or email support@dockduty.com with the subject “Do not sell or share” and we will opt you out by hand.

What changes when you opt out

What stays the same

Browsing, forms and reserving work exactly as before. We still keep our own record of how you found us (the campaign tags in the link you clicked, the site that sent you, and the first page you landed on), because that stays with us and is never sent to an ad platform. Emails about a reservation or an account you hold are not affected; to stop owner updates, use the unsubscribe link in any of them.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as this opt-out automatically, on every visit, with nothing to click. The box above says so when it is happening. To opt back in while the signal is on, turn it off in your browser first.

How long it lasts

Your choice is saved in a cookie on this browser, dd_privacy, set for .dockduty.com so it covers both dockduty.com and app.dockduty.com, and kept for 13 months. If you clear your cookies, switch browsers or use another device, opt out again there, or turn on Global Privacy Control so the choice travels with your browser.

Opting out by email

You can also email support@dockduty.com with the subject “Do not sell or share” and the email address you used with us. We will remove the ad click identifiers we hold for that address, so none is sent to an ad platform from then on, and confirm when it is done. An email request covers what we already hold; to keep a new ad click from being recorded on a later visit, opt out on that browser too or turn on Global Privacy Control. Someone you authorize in writing can make the request for you. Opting out never changes the price, the terms or the service you get from us.
